I've got 3 buddies that have BMW K1200's that have made trips across the U.S., up to the Arctic Circle and one buddy went solo to the Arctic circle one summer and then to the tip of South America. They always create their bikes back, which I don't blame them...after that long, I'd be ready to not staddle anything for a little while. These are great bikes.
