Thanks all. In my case I'm talking about using an SDN6 on a 9" 300blk so the powder should all be pretty much burned before it hits the end and we're only talking about subsonic so the kind of pressure of basically a 45acp ... so basically it makes no difference right?

Then the only issue you may have with that setup is the annoying ping.

I have a Specwar 762 and went with flash hiders on both. Sometimes I will shoot unsuppressed and that saves me and the people around me ears from the concussion of a brake. If you never plan on taking the suppressor off lol go with a break. I believe neither will hurt.
