Not at all. I would say it is quite normal. If it works for you... it is likely to work again for the same reasons.

In my case, for personal defense.. I like that I don't have to learn a new gun. I also have no desire to be a gunsmith or SME on every gun made.. I'm happy to just know how to maintain the few I own.. even if I own them in multiples. Keep my life simple.
