Muzzleloader paint

I have a boring black synthetic muzzle loader. I have time this summer and thinking about painting it for something to do. What is the best paint to use for a project like this?

If you're bound and determined to paint it yourself, Duracoat is my suggestion. Its made for firearms, somewhat forgiving, and way more affordable than getting set up for cerakote spraying. Plus they have a pretty huge selection of colors! http://www.duracoat-firearm-finishes.com Have fun!
