My childhood friends this weekend

My childhood friends were in my house this weekend, we had a great time,we hit the range, pool and restaurants. My 1 gripe with them is if you go to the range with city people, never believe that they know how to handle weapons, they don't know ****. I'm just going to leave this alone. We will all meet I. Puerto Rico in Nov and February. My friends in this photo are Conservative, Liberal and Independent voters. Allot of Titos Vodka and Cranberry,

It's a guys only get-together, but they are having a guys trip to Puerto Rico for 10 days. My wife said no way are you going.

I tell the wife that I’m going anyway. She tried that early on and I went anyway. I take a couple (or 3) of guy trips every year and have since before we were married.

Yep…of the 38+ (?) yrs we been married/together , I have always respectfully told my wife what I was doing and where I was going. I usually invite her to come along if she wants but if it’s an all guys trip or whatever, she understands and never tries to stand in my way. Usually I am telling her what I am planning and ask her what she has planned that week/day/whatever , to see if we clash on things. But she is the same way.
We look at it as we are married but not imprisoned to each other. I love her very much and always will. I feel she feels the same way about me.
( I have never strayed/fooled around or whatever and to my knowledge she hasn’t either.)
