OS is operating system like Windows XP or Linux. Go to tools and delete browsing history. Delete your temp files, and cookies. Then go to tools, internet options, privacy, advanced, click to override automatic cookie handler. Make sure it says accept on both, and check the box at the bottom to accept third party cookies.

Under Internet Options: General Tab: UNcheck Delete Browsing History on Exit. That would be my best Guess. Good Luck, Chuckdog
