My conversation with the ATF

I thought the police were going to come to your house and kick in the door and take it? At least that's what I read somewhere on the ODT.

Turns out you can't even give it away in Georgia.....:noidea:

This is only the beginning, y'all wait there will be more to come, this is how it starts. The whole thing is just beyond stupid.

The ATF I think could care less if you have a bump stock, they don't even have any protocol on confiscations yet. ATF is holding their breath right now because they know this confiscation won't fly in courts if contested by the owner. And its being contested as we speak right now in state and federal court. Its a over reach from the federal government, Its irresponsible and wrong for President Trump to pass this and they know that.

This is America dammit you can't just decide one day that something that was once perfectly legal is now a felony to possess. Trump screwed up big time with this crap and it has made me loose a lot of trust and faith in him as our President. It's truly a sad thing all around.

For real?

Alcohol was legal, the deemed illegal. Due to prohibition being a lost cause, alcohol was taxed by the govt. and legalized once again.

Marijuana was legal, then deemed illegal, but the government is not willing to admit that the "War on Drugs" is a complete failure.

The difference is how. Alcohol was banned by Constitutional amendment. Drugs by laws passed by Congress. Bump stocks because our President felt like it.

Send them this pic of a melted bump-stock.

And your point is?

It's easier to overturn a Constitutional Amendment than a law passed by congress?:shocked:
