Awesome deer and congratulations!!! I was just talking with my boss about kids and hunting. We both agreed that we've hit the age where it's more fun to see the kids get the deer than it is for us to get them.

After a cold and windy morning my son was hunting with his grandpa and sealed the deal on his second deer. Nice unique 8 point buck. He killed his first deer a spike when he was 7 and now this one at 8. Im tickled pink for him. I was every bit of 20 years old or so before I got a decent, unique buck like it. Grandpa is going to have it mounted for him. We are working on grinding some meat tonight for chili and burgers.
