A 22 pistol and a bolt action shotgun wi shot big enough to kill ground from a good distance away. Yes shooting into my yard from yards nowhere his house is the part the pisses me off. He going out of his way to shoot animals nowhere near his property. If it were me I’d be more mad about the shooting around my house or the other homes. Is this guy a sniper (trained) or a bubba that says “hold my beer and watch this “. What caliber weapon is he using? .22 bullets can go a long way and he is probably walking and shooting level to the ground. VERY dangerous. This would be my only issue.
That's the point that has been the common theme in all these post put together. That is he is hunting and trapping on my property. The kind of animal is negligible! Him shooting into my yard and setting traps in my yard is both illegal ( as he is doing it without permission and inside city limits ) and down right disrespectful.Incoming fire deserves outgoing fire.
Trapping and relocating wild animals is illegal. Arm the groundhogs.Put a good ass whoopen him and then tell him let’s go have one of your beers. Groundhogs were here many many years before he was they deserve to live in the neighborhood. Also, he could’ve used a live trap, caught him and turned the loose.
Hey, while You're in Lynchburg pick me up a jug.I don't want to call the game warden because he's going to get my caller ID off of that and run his big mouth in front of the guy when he goes to confront him. I guess I'm going to have to drive into Lynchburg and make the call from a public phone to remain anonymous.
You bet or I could go up on the Mountain were my mom was born and get the best around. The name of the town is Thaxton. Water direct from underground springs. My Grandfather was the best in the business in his time. I am sure I can find some a good bottle. Pure or a brandy vintage?Hey, while You're in Lynchburg pick me up a jug.
If he would buy a hunting license and go hunt Varmints somewhere more power to him. He has earned the right to shoot them if he hunts them properly and puts in the time. He is spitting them through his window and going out only when he sees them. He is just going out and killing what other people consider pleasure to others. Other than that conservation on my property is my prerogative. He is sneaking around everyone else's property and killing indiscriminately and deserves nothing. That's not noble or honorable. It's an excuse to kill and that I do not support. Can we move on. It's clear we are not coming to a healthy conclusion hear. Sounds like a bunch of poachers on one hand and those who respect the will of others property and guidelines when interning that property on the other. They are doing no harm on my land. They have posed no threat to this house for the 118 years it has stood here. They show up so a little foraging and then leave. No harm no foul!Have a man to man talk with the guy and tell him that you have a problem with him hunting on your property. If that doesn't work, post signs and have him trespassed.
Other than shooting onto your property, you should be thanking him for exterminating those little bastards.
