My yard dwelling wildlife is getting shot.

Presumably it's clear that this thread went full circle. Or I guess really just 180. From you asking for advice on how to get him to stop shooting the groundhogs, to you actually helping him repair his gun so that he could continue shooting the groundhogs.

Well there are no more left! Hell if I had the one or two in my back yard still there then I would be more inclined to say something. The ones he is going after now aren't even on my property. So the point is mute now. When I started there were a few left but he informed me today he got those already. From the time I started the thread till the last post he blew 5 or 6 away.
 
I could have stopped him in his tracks by claiming I can't find the problem with his 410 however that's no the way I roll. He may need it for home protection. It's a 70 some odd year old gun but still in great shape. It took 15 minutes to fix but like I said all my hogs are taking a dirt nap now. Grave yard dead! That phrase reminds me of Jerry Clower. Anyone ever heard of him?
