I think that for this to work there needs to be consistent tracking within the thread. Post when you received a box, what you took out, what you added, who you passed it to and when.

There's no good reason why we shoudnt know which member is supposed to be holding a box.

i have box c and was supposed to pass it off this weekend but the member hasn't been able to make a couple of meetings. We will try again tomorrow.
