Correct. A Finnish 91/30. They were rebuilt by the Finns on old hex receivers with a Tikka barrel, Artic Birch stock, and the somewhat unique Finn sling swivels.

Honest, I had to look the markings up but the hex, and sling mount throwed me way off. Nice one!
