National Arms Show-This weekend

Saw the federal 420 round M855 cans (bought one 2 weeks ago for $170 at Wally World) going for $480!!! That is just crazy. God I hate price gougers, and no that is not a fair market price no matter what you say. On the good side some very good prices on Arsenal AK's and a fair price on Spikes stripped lowers. Also there was these guys with some very cool laser etched mag's, mag plates, dust covers and other stuff. www.magplates.com super fine detail my wife and I thought.

$480?????? I have to laugh at that......ridiculous.

i have given up finding good deals on ammo at the gun shows, occasionally a gun will have a good price

i mostly go for the looks and accessories

thanks for the heads up yall!

Busy show, a lot more than the December show, tax refund money? A lot of stuff to sift through, much of it over priced but there are deals to be had.

Reloading powders are returning but the prices are not great but factor in shipping and hazmat fees and not terrible. Primers were available most wanting $30+/1K but the guy from Clarksville, TN (outside Ft. Campbell) had wolf primers priced at close to $22 with tax for 1K but you had to buy a 5K box.

Cherokee Pawn had scads of folks surrounding their tables with some great prices.

I saw an HR 999 .22 LR break top revolver there but it was over priced in my opinion I'm thinking it was $450ish.

I met some other ODT members there and said hey. Ray the guy on the South side who does engravings was there until 11:30. I left around 1 pm.

I picked up a nice Dan Wesson while trying to pay my admission and noticed a fellow getting it zip tied for a price I could not refuse.

556 ammo was insanely high. IMO it was a good time to get into reloading, nice prices on brass, powder, and presses. Cherokee gun has the best deals on guns in the place. Lots of magpul (PTS versions also), UTG rails (which after handling one again looks good actually), novelties and nick nacks here and there. Good way to spend a couple of hours browsing.
