Nazi marked items?

no no no AND I WILL NOT ASSOCIATE WITH ANYONE WHO DOES

 you would be shocked to see how many people do. Might end up having nobody to talk to. just because you own a few nazi items does not make you a nazi. The mauser p38 I own is a better shooter than some modern guns. Should I just get rid of it cause of a symbol?

I hear you have a hammer and sickle flag, you filthy commie. :)

As Soviet said, owning nazi items does not make you a nazi. Several months ago when my grandma died, I inherited a swastika patch that my grandad brought back from the war. It looks like it was cut out of one of those arm bands they wore. I'll never get rid of it.

You do know that the US moved several top nazi scientists to the states after the war, and many of the technologies we have today were because of ex-nazis. Like German rocket scientist Werner Von Braun who during the war was working on Hitler's V2 rockets, then after the war, became a top dog at NASA.

In my opinion the OP is staying away from nazi marked items because of what the nazis did... that's like saying "I hate guns because they kill people". Guns and nazi marked items are both inanimate objects and you shouldn't blame the object for something it's owner did.

I won't own Nazi stuff I guess because of the creep factor. I have fired a couple of Walther pistols that were WWII bring backs.

I would make one exception though but it would never happen, a MG-42.
