Cross draw on the belt. Not very well concealed, but handy to get to with a backpack on. Intended purpose is a handy knife that stays accessible when hiking with gear but does not have to be on your pack.

Yeah man that is a VERY nice set up! Is that the unfinished Izula II? How do you like it, easy to keep clean/rust free?
