If this is actually true, it seems like a pretty easy case. If they erased the footage for some reason theres still the fact that they fired the guy the first time. Thats basically an admission of guilt. So he said he sold drugs to her... thats a crime he commited.

I would probably be reading online lawyer reviews right now, not asking around on a gun forum...

She went to the Newnan PD. A male officer wrote a report and told her she could pick up a copy in 3-5 days. That's it. They didn't take it serious at all They're not taking it seriously. Whoever said the video would magically disappear called it. It's my daughters word against a 50 yr old black male predator who is already screaming racism. I seriously doubt they'll even question the guy.

Hard life lesson but better she learn it now than later. Always be wary of those from another "culture" until you understand completely, "that culture."
