All you need is a concrete drill bit. Under the bottom floor cover is 2 pre drilled holes used to bolt the safe to the floor. Drill two holes in the concrete after you mark the position through the holes in the bottom of the safe. Make sure the holes are big enough to accommodate two large plastic screw anchors. You're safe should have provided a packet with the two large securing screws, washers and two anchors in it. It might be in one of the pockets in the door of the safe. Take the anchor to the hardware store and buy the concrete drill bit the same diameter as the screw anchors. Once you install the screws into those anchors they will expand and grip the concrete. Make sure the holes are drilled deep enough to where the screw anchors sit flush with the concrete after you have vacuumed out all the dust and debris.
After that reposition the safe over the corosponding holes with the anchors in place. Then simply install the screws through the bottom of the safe into the anchors. The safe will never be able to be moved until you are ready to remove the screws and move it. Just make sure to drill the holes in the concrete deep enough to allow the anchors to be flush with the surface of the concrete. Then replace the bottom support board and you are done.
You will need a drill, a concrete bit large enough to accommodate the provided 2 anchors, 2 washers and 2 screws.
The screws are quite large and quite long so you'll have to drill deep enough in the concrete to make sure they get plenty of bite on the anchors and sit flush on the bottom of the safe floor and pre drilled holes. One concrete drill bit shouldn't be that much and you'll need it one size above the diameter of the screws to allow for the anchor diameter. This will secure the safe to the floor.
This is a fairly straightforward process and you shouldn't need any help. Once you drill the concrete holes make sure to vacuum out all the the dust and debris out of the drilled holes.
Here's what the safe bolt down kit package should contain. If it didn't come with this little package you can order one online for next to nothing. Just measure the diameter of the two pre-drilled holes in the bottom of the safe and by the screws and anchors the correspond with the size of the those holes.

No offense but those anchors are trash. Get yourself drop in anchors and the appropriate grade 8 hardware. A good decent safe should have anchor points at each corner.
