Hey guys I found a new unfired ar15 pretty basic for 650 is it worth it need to know fast

I've seen new DPMS Oracles in Winterville for $599 if this helps.

Midway USA had the DPMS Oracle build kits (everything minus the stripped lower receiver) for $560 so total with shipping & a receiver would be close to 650.
They list on Gunbroker from 550 to 700 so that price isn't horrible.
