Need HVAC help. 2 ton 14 seer unit installed.

One of the AC units on my house just went out. I need it replaced. A 2 ton, 14 seer unit was recommended. The line set also needs to be replaced. It is a 5/16" and needs to be replaced with 3/8". It is an up flow unit in attic 80% gas furnace.

Before I bit this painful bullet, anyone on the ODT that does HVAC for a living want to put in a bid?
