You can buy just about any AR setup with ambidextrous controls. Make sure your upper receiver has a brass deflector and you're good to go as far as stuff not hitting you in the face. If you want true left handed stuff you're going to pay a fair amount.

I've been left handed my entire life and don't have any issues except with bolt actions, I tend to run them a bit slow.

Yeah that's very true. Well my budget is about a thousand dollars so I might be able to fit it a 250$ true lefty upper. Thanks I appreciate the link
