need tokarev safety

did a disassembly and lost misplaced my safety lever/frame mounted.
the only place i have not looked is poop piles in the backyard
nothing comes up on a google search for anyone having them for sale.
i have a tok i want to get rid of but am very hesitant about selling without the safety.

do you legally have to keep that safety on the tokarev that they put their just to import the firearms?

Just to import the firearm into the u.s.otherwise some folks plug the hole

some folks on the internet figured out how to fill the hole after removing the import safety, if you have the right tools.
i've been thinking of having dobbs fix up my romanian and take out the safety and fill the hole

The safety,s are the ugliest things they could have done to a nice pistol

the billboard import marks on the slide don't help either, the Romanian safety at least looks kinda original if you didn't know better.
I could see the factory where they were adding the safety and the workers wondering why they were drilling big holes in the frames of near mint condition handguns

did you think of looking into just filling the holes on the side, the safety is already removed?
