I had one “no show” to the place where we agreed. I didn’t NEG his arse because later on he gave me a big excuse why he didn’t show up and why he didn’t answer my calls, which I was OK with (He was/is a LEO and got caught up in some huge emergency 🚨 supposedly.. )

Seriously though, who’s even gonna entertain working with someone who has 15 negative feedback? Someone has because that one asshat has16.

My thought exactly. Why would I even consider dealing with a seller that has 15 negatives.

Is their thought that....."this time it will be different!".

Life happens, so I'd be okay with a seller/buyer postponing a deal for days or a week and then still completing it rather than bailing completely.

Why don’t y’all just perm ban those with saaaaaaay 3 negs? Clean this place up a bit. The ****s getting thick. Fixin to have to pull on the waders.

Because they come back with a new user name and “get” someone else. This way when we find the new accounts we merge them and keep people informed. Just ban or delete the accounts there would be no way for members to know the deal.
If they have multiple negative feedbacks, it’s up to the member whether or not to deal with them. I wouldn’t, but at least there is a way to warn them.

I have given one, the purpose of feedback is to encourage better behavior in the future.
That trader I negged, went on and changed his ways, and became one of our better traders.
I had kept an eye on him and after a discussion I removed that feedback. I was very glad to do so.

Yea it’s really of what content the negatives are made up of. Most of the time they are because the dude slept in and missed the meetup, or something else flaky like that. I’ll trade with that guy but you’re coming to me.

Now if the negatives are for any other reason such as just being a jerk or being anything less then honest I normally just ignore the PM. I’ve had on a number of occasions traders tell me off because I refuse to trade with them because of the red flags I see in their negative reviews.
