I think it helps to look at the negative feedback. If there's a couple, I can take a look and chalk it up to misunderstandings or impatience but use that as a tool to see if I'm going to drive an hour for a deal vs passing or seeing if they are coming my way in the near future. the ones that seem to have 1 or 2 doesn't bother me much just another data point on making an offer.
