Negative Ratings

I'm just saying that if you back out of a deal to sell someone a transferable M16 for $13,000, and it was a deal and the public and private messages of the people show that they had agreed on this purchase, the buyer has the right to sue you. If the next less expensive M16 he can find that's in the same condition as yours will cost him $22,000, then the buyer can buy that replacement M16 and sue you for the $9000 extra that he had to pay because you broke the deal.

If it's a true "deal" no one will back out...
 
I just remembered, I left a member negative feedback because for almost 3 weeks he jerked me around about mailing me out a check as promised for a knife or magazines or something like that I could ship, not only did I put up with his horrible communication, I gave him ample chances to make things right.

Finally after the 3-4 time that he was "mailing out my check today" and I did not receive it, he just messaged me he forgot again and to leave him negative, sooooooooo I did.
 
I have one negative rating and get this. I told a guy in Marietta I would buy three mags from him just because they were cheap and close. Anyway I had a death in the family and was in the mountains of Virginia with my relatives which don't have computers and didn't have service on my phone. We are talking the apittamy of Mt. folk. So I was gone a little over a week. While I was gone this peck@* wood gives me a bad rating over three magazines. We are talking about 30 dollars. I mean some people. My Grand Mother died and the last thing on my mind was those fu***** magazines. **** happens and people should realize this. Just because there is a way to dis someone doesn't mean you should do it. Wait and get all the facts before you do something like that. When I got back I saw the rating. I sent him a pm expressing my concern and told him and I would come get the mags. Never heard from him again. An idiot and a coward. In fact I told him if 30 dollars was so important in his life to drive up to acworth and I would straight out give him 30 dollars and he could keep the mags. LOL

That's crazy, I did a giveaway once and had a lot of personal stuff going on and took like 1 month or so to mail it out. I kept him informed and he understood. But that's f'd up

My mother bought my father a Marlin 44 mag lever gun for his birthday a long time ago. The next week he sold it. It literally tore her apart and hurt her very badly. Sometimes guys are idiots and have to be reminded of that. Just a bit of information about the guy that said his wife told him no.
