The good: None.

The bad:
According to Invicta you must have an authorized service center change out the battery or your entire warranty is void.
The nearest service center in the US is? IN UTAH.
They want you to pay $28 for a look fee and shipping back to you after you have paid to ship the watch to them.
If it's broke you pay cost of repair and the look fee.

My two watches were gifts and quit working all by themselves without any help from me. I will never buy anything from Invicta ever. End rant! Here are my two paperweights!

Just swap out the battery yourself. If it's the snap on back, use a small flat head. If it's a screw in case, make a duct tape ball, put it in the back of the case and twist with pressure.

I have a black Invicta that has had a dead battery for about 2 years now. I used to think they were decent watches when I got this one. But now it seems that every time I channel surf by QVC or whatever they're whoring out Invicta watches ALL the time. And I sit there and watch for a few minutes going " Bitch please! Don't try to convince me that you are gonna sell me an $800.00 MSRP watch for $79.95. That math don't work out." So now I'm convinced that the whole Invicta brand is just some made up specifically for outlet type customers brand.

Sorry to hear that. Change the batteries out yourself. You can buy a tool on Amazon that works well for under $20 (assuming the watch back screws on).

I had one for a year or so and dropped it on a tile floor while taking it off. It is like a tin can now fill of BBs. Quit working immediately. It looked tough, but it wasn't. .
