People calling to buy property

Man, I am getting so fed up with this crap !! I have changed numbers to private number last year or so ago, yet they still call !! Somehow they get your number and want to buy your property. It’s like, if it was for sale there would be a listing !!
Aggravating as it gets sometimes!!

Mine have slacked off some. Landline would get at least 20 a day. Now I'm getting them on my cell.

My Neighbor put a for sale sign on his (500K) property with a set price of $5M - Firm. No Negotiations. Do not call unless you have it in cash! It stopped a lot of developer calls and the calls he did get were much shorter.

I love these when I'm bored. I will go from asking them if they have seen the property in person and saw the for sale sign, to telling them to get their best cash offer in a duffle bag and meet me in the driveway in 2 hours and I'll bring the deed, to telling them I want 20X the market value because every door handle in the place is solid silver and it has a 24K gold toilet seat in the master bathroom. "You ever **** on gold? Buy the place and you can experience it." Its a hoot.

I have been getting them for seven years. Always for the house in Athens that my kid lives in. Had a few for my house and recently started getting calls and mail to buy the land I have next to me. Even sent me a fake check for their offer which was about 25% less than we paid for it years ago.

Yep and also get prefilled out checks for way under the market value. I understand that it is a numbers game to them. However, I'm about ready to put them phone number on Craigs list for free OSB sheets and PT wood.
