New 9mm, what to get??? UPDATED WITH MY CHOICES

Ok I just realized I traded off my last 9mm this week and need to find a new one, just not sure what I want. lol

I know I do not want a glock, so that's a start. If you had between 500-1000 to spend on a new 9mm pistol what would you buy, just want some opinions.

Ok after doing some reading and listening to opinions i'm going with a Beretta 92INOX or a Taurus PT92 (I've read good things about this gun from several places), I've got a possible deal on a PT92, anyone have a Beretta 92 INOX or Taurus PT92 Stainless they want to sell? Other possibility is a CZ SP-01 but I'm having a hard time finding one.

Those would be my choices because of my personal preferences. Quality is top shelf. If they fit your hands and you like them, they would be fine choices.

There are plenty of other great choices too, just handle and shoot as many as you can.

cz75 (any variant), or sig 226.
-buy the cz75 and you can save few hundred dollars and you can buy ammo and a nice set of grips for it and some mags, it has a 1911ish feeling grip to it imo

-buy the sig which is more refined but more expensive thus less funds for the extra goodies but a luxury gun that still has great duty capability
