New Deck Estimate.

Hey Guys,

I’m looking at having a deck build at my house and wanted to see if anyone can give me an idea of what I may be looking at cost wise. Am I looking at 3K or 15K? I took some measurements this evening and posted a few pictures below.
The max height of the deck from the lowest spot on the ground is about 22in.

Please ignore the little fences and landscaping as of all it will get an upgrade after the build.

I’m assuming screws are better and would prefer to go that route.

NOT doing it myself....I don’t fell confident enough but would be glad to help build where I could.

I built mine, it’s not too hard. Based in your your measurements I’d say $2000-$2500 for materials if you do it yourself

Use pavers. Once and done and looks better. The maintenance on a deck is a real PITA.

I'm sure it will vary WILDLY on how 'nice' you want it. @crippen does nice (really nice) work. Maybe he can spit ball it for you.

Man it isn't that difficult. A miter saw, a shovel, a four foot level, tape measure and a pneumatic nail gun and you're good to go.
