There's a lot of great guys on here. There are some that will outright ignore you; even if you're offering exactly what they have listed has a want for trade. There are plenty of stuck up gatekeepers that will outright refuse to do any dealings with you because you're new / have low feedback but, we've all got to start somewhere. I get it though. I have encountered a couple of scammers and few liars. Don't ever fully agree to buy or trade into something unless it is contingent upon the results of an in-person visual inspection. Be patient, be careful with your money, welcome and good luck to you.
