New Kel Tec guns

I owned a P11 once...actually got it from a trade here. I took it to the range and it failed so catastrophically that pistol actually locked open to the point that I could not close the slide. Got it home and found out the slide stop had sheared off and lodged (somehow) in the back of FCG and jammed the slide into the railing. I managed to remove it, got another one from KelTec (decent customer service it should be noted) and then took it out to shoot at Ian's place a few years ago.

Long story short, (too late) at 15m this thing didn't group, it patterned - and with such a horrible, awful, terrible, no good, very bad trigger? I tried selling it before I left. I actually tried to give it to STONEWALL...he declined.

I really want to like their stuff....but that P11 left a very bad taste in my mouth.

I have two PMR's one is brand new and never shot. (I've got them up for sale) I also have a PF9. I've never had any trouble out of my PF9, it's filthy and I've not cleaned it. So far it's always gone bang. That said, I do need to shoot it some more, this weekend I installed a mag extension, so I'm curious if it will affect it at all.

That said, I would like to have that 22mag rifle shown. And I'd like to try that bottom ejecting bullpup of theirs.

The only thing I don't like about keltec besides how some of their pistols are simply not consistent and reliable is that if you by a used keltec or do not have proof of purchase from a store they will no longer warranty your malfunctioning firearm for free. Pretty ****ty.

try a PF9 man, it's much better made than the P11...I had two P11s and one PF9...wish I had the PF9 back

I had a pf9. After one range trip and failure to eject every other round and not grouping shots, I sold it and got a kahr cm9. AWESOME GUN, TRIGGER, RELIABILITY, GROUPING, etc. just sayin...it seems u either get a good one or a lemon with them as well as the other two companies I mentioned earlier (taurus, diamondback).

0 doubt the CM9 is a much better built pistol

I can't stop thinkin about getting one of your Pmr's.....

I've had two sub 2ks, both had no problems just really cheap plastic sights. They've replaced some of the pins and parts with metal on the later versions which has improved them a little bit. It's the lack of supply and secondary markets that have them over priced....otherwise, you get what you pay for. I'd really like a PMR30.
