New Management at American Heritage Gun Range

I don't know what percentage AR-Bunker folks have in the store. I do know GM is gone and working for whatever distributor they were using. That's why the shelves are pretty bare as they terminated that agreement and sent all inventory back. Chris Garon is the day to day manager and one other guy from down there is working as of yesterday. Jimmy and one or two of the AHGR employees have been retained also. The range portion is as good as it gets in Atlanta and the store itself rivals any I have visited. I'm pretty sure that when they get the turnover complete and new distributors set up you will not regret giving them another try. Even with GM, they supported several shooting sports on a weekly basis including IDPA, GADPA, and were GSSF. They have Bowling Pin shoots twice a month and now US Action Rifle Match Society is shooting twice a month also. GM did welcome this forum in for a Swap Meet this past year also providing burgers and dogs, and discounted range time. Of course, it you'd rather pay-by-the-hour, feel free. $20 a day ain't bad.
great place for a swap meet and they treated us great

you just proved my point of lil more dramatic every time..... yes I heard they shot a whole neighborhood with deadly assault rifles with 75 rd clips, LOL

honestly man, I couldn't careless either way.... my point is that I've heard about 90 different versions of this story.

Yea but you avoided the question . What the shooter used does not matter (although I was told it was a 9mm subgun) . I would be unhappy if you shoot holes in my house no matter what caliber they are or how big a magazine you used to do it . It is skin off you back if you depend on them for work .

Although they do give me a considerable amount of work, I don't depend on anyone.... and I'm going to end this back and forth BS at that, this thread has nothing to do with what we are talking about.

I live I would guess about a mile from Heritage, been in there 4 times.
originally the rates for the range were out of sight, the employees were not friendly and of course were experts in every field that they or you discussed.
can't recover my own brass?, prices were kind of on the steep side.
maybe it will fly?
but being located in the middle of no where that most people know and having multiple other ranges near by I think they need to drastically improve the help and attitudes and develop a hourly fee as well as a daily fee.
myself I will just keep on going else where for now.

New management and some new employees. May be worth checking out again. I didn't deal with any employees personally, but the interactions I observed between my folks and theirs looked very friendly. Whenever I walked past an employee they smiled and greeted me.

We policed up all our brass and took it with us, but I don't know if that's a deal we have worked out with them or not. You'd have to check.

I thought their firearms prices were high before the change in management. I haven't looked at the prices since then, I'll have to see what they're like after they restock.
