Aggravated assault??? Why the heck waws that not attempted murder?? That is messed up! Welcome to the site! At least now you could be a rap star, what with gettin' shot in the hood and all.

Might be wrong, but I think in Ga, attempted murder is defined as aggravated assault. Same thing basically.

I got a 38 to the gut in 1988 in East Hartford CT, didnt hit any bone, and went through part of the car I was in on the way into my side. drove myself to the hospital. Cops never found the guy, he was attempting to car jack me, I punched it a second before he pulled the trigger.

Wish I had the xray to share.
