Unfortunately no. I watched a documentary the other day and they were talking about the cost of living. Also how the resorts are diverting fresh water sources around the native villages killing all the natural habitat. Interesting show! Almost impossible for native residents to survive there from cost of living and scarcity of freshwater. It's hard to see what those big resorts are doing to the natives just to get their water. Greed and avarice is destroying the local native communities, floral and fauna.
