New Neighbors

Dogs will get used to it, probably make friends with it...like the OP said "new" neighbors. He can certainly get on his dogs butt for barking also.

I've got neighbor dogs that bark at any noise or disturbance whatever.....no, they won't if they're put outside because they're barkers.

To my knowledge, most 'leash laws' in this country recognize the nomad-like attributes and unwillingness to be 'harnessed' nature of cats and exempt them. Only in some liberal urban crap hole infested northern city would they even try to regulate it, IMO.

I gave this kitty a second chance at life.

She’s made herself right at home out here on the property. I catch her chasing wasps in the rafters, following me to the range, and has taken around 10 squirrels and countless birds so far.

I am not a cat person at all but she is the exception
