New propane grill

I'm definitely keeping an eye on sales and I may go hit a few homedepots this weekend to see what kind of deals are to be had.

my cheap grills stay under cover and last a long time
I look for a 5 burner with side burner
HD & WM have them for $250 and cook food just as good as any other
my 8 year old ($220 at Academy) Char-Broil, 5 burner with Steak Sear burner and side burner has been great, I have only had to replace the Steak Sear burner, next year may have to get new grates
still works like new
and I refuse to pay over $330 for the same, I would rather cook on a grate over an open fire
Yes I'm a COB

The Webber won’t disappoint… think Cast Iron pan grill grates, even heat, parts are replaceable, expensive but worth every penny

It is a PITA to degrease as the inside of interior walls are rough and spiky. Seems to hold onto chicken grease pretty good. I use some oven cleaner, light scrub, hose off, light it back up to dry. My grates are seasoned and wipe clean after each cook.

It’s a good investment for me because I was replacing propane 4 burners every 3 or so years.

My Webber is going on 6 years and haven’t replaced anything other then the ignition battery (AA)

We bought a BroilKing about 4 years ago. the most I've ever spent on a gas grill! We bought the Baron series somewhat like the link posted. Ours has a side burner and cast iron grates. it cooks as well as any gas grill i have ever had. I'm fixing to find out about their customer service and warranty. It's ready for new burners and igniter. We use it a lot and I keep it on a covered porch so its kept out of direct weather .

We also have a Kamodo Joe and definitely prefer the flavor and enjoy the smell of charcoal and different woods that come with the experience.

I’m curious what you find out. I’m in a similar situation with my Baron, & I don’t think I can track down the receipt.

thanks for the review, I will be sure to steer clear of them if my cheap Char-Broil ever needs replacement

Did you register your grill? I registered mine yesterday. I bought it nearly three years ago but i kept the original receipt. The place i bought mine from is no longer a dealer. Its either Blossman gas or Bass Pro shops for parts. I am waiting on an email from customer service ... time will tell
