BCG removed, disassembled, degreased, and treated with Fireclean.
Remove the flashhider

Remove FSB taper pins left to right (same direction as lower takedown pins.
Remove gas tube roll pin with roll pin punch.
Slide FSB forward off front of barrel. Remove gas tube and handguard cap.
Install barreled upper into vise/fixture (Geissele Reaction Rod in this case) and remove factory barrel nut.
Well, this barrel nut is way overtorqued! Gonna take some time, heat, cooling to get it off.
