new reloader

hey yall, im a new reloader. i purchased a box of cci magnum small pistol primers. (550's) thinking that i was buying small pistol primers (500's) ive loader up almost 250 9mm rounds with 115 grain plated hollow points. i did manage to get the proper powder (hs-6) using 6.1 grains. my question is will the magnum primers cause any problems in the 9mm rounds? any help will be appreciated.
