New Sickening Details in the 22 month Olds Murder.

Lets all have a look at the text messages, emails, forums posts and search histories of everyone in the prosecutors office and see what we think about a murder conviction based solely on a "probable cause hearing" and some arrest warrants. Sheesh man, he very well may be what he appears to be, but until the evidence is all produced and he has a chance to refute it, I will withhold judgement. There are simply to many variables other than emotion.

I could list all the cases built on a bunch of publicity and leaks by government as well as "probable cause" hearings that have failed massively and miserably, but that would be too easy. Right now he is just an asshole that failed his child, like +/-44 other assholes last year that left them in their cars to die from heat or cold.

Did those 44+/- have similar search histories on children dying in cars and the 'benefit' of offing your kids and visit the car and walk away and drive 5 or 6 minutes with a strong odor from their child's cooked corpse in the car? Circumstantial? Yep. Irrelevant? Nope.

This is the undisputed evidence. He left the kid in the car which resulted in his death. He did searches on kids dying in cars and the 'benefits' of being child free. That's your probable cause.
