I understand that haha honestly though it is one of my more favorite guns to shootI've come close to buying one a couple of times until I saw something shiny.
The sights were garbage and you couldn't change them. It looks like they nailed it with this one. (These are the sights I'd want on the 22A/22S.)
I would agree I think it's a redesign to make improvements on all the issues on the 22a. Which I'm glad I sold so I can make room for this!
I wonder if they'll offer it with the sweet target grips that they offered years ago...
Thanks for the video. It said the sides are removable, so it doesn't sound like the target grips are an option. It also looks like the action is very similar to the Rugers now. The slide isn't most of the top half of the gun anymore.
I wonder why they changed the take-down to a bolt. That was one thing that was really nice on the older ones: just push the button in front of the trigger (as hard as it may have been) and the whole thing came apart.

Sounds more like a completely new pistol rather than a redesigned version.
