I'm stealing shamelessly from Chuckdog's golden advice, and probably said the same thing to Casper, but I'll definitely agree on the Lee 2nd Edition as a good "Why?" manual. Helps to understand the technical details of what reloading is all about, but won't be the easiest reading. I'd also get Lyman #49 for ease of reading and some history (also includes info on casting if you get into that aspect later). I also use Sierra #5 because I use a lot of their hunting bullets, and I appreciate Nosler for the detail of their load research.
Bottome line, read a lot before you start! Read at least 2 manuals, then follow through with your intial request and pair up with an experienced reloader to walk you through the process and develop your technique. Welcome to ODT and safe reloading!
