New to Reloading, looking for ALL reloading supplies!

I am 19, I am Very new to reloading, have just about nothing and slowly collecting what I need to shoot as much as I like to, the bonus of reloading for accuracy and affordability is a bonus as well. I would prefer "Hand me down" equipment considering I could just as easily pro-form new stuff, I've read the reviews on new stuff, like I said Old is ok as long as it still has quality and reliability, however not gonna be too picky. Located in Erie, pa, and will pay shipping, Looking mostly for free, or low prices, or just stuff people don't want or have extra off!
