New Toy Boston Butt (Green Egg)

So I ended up getting a FlameBoss 300 off eBay for the Big Green Egg and man did it help make a good Boston Butt. Also, Go Dawgs what a great win to go with good food.

What does the FlameBoss do?

It helps regulate the tempature of the grill without me having to constantly adjust the bottom and top vents. I was able to sleep for 4hours while it rained and the temp never changed. It also tells me the pit and meat temperature. The meat temp is huge because now I won’t over/under cook stuff and I get alerts sent to my phone when the temp hits the level I set.

Yeah they are worth it I forgot you can justify the cost. I normally see them around $300ish I got mine off eBay for less then $200. I couldn’t pass up the deal considering I use the egg at least 1 time a week.
