We worked with it on an old Volunteer Arms Thompson Want-2-B, we were less than excited about our results. YMMV!

Looks like a 45 would still be increasing velocity up through 16" at least... although there does seem to be a 'dip' at 10"

I'd love to see these in revolver cartridges... The same rotary mags they use for 44 and 357 would work find in these. I don;t know if the rimmed cartridge would be an issue though. Don't see why it should be, but you never know.
Plus, those are probably too much for a straight blowback system, although I would think the 10mm would be the same.
