I Just picked up a Springfield XDM 3.8 .40 cal. I've only shot it @ 25 times but so far I like it. I traded in the old Glock 27 that I'v carried for 14 years . The grip on this XDM fits my hand much better and the sights come up nice. The only complaint I ever had with the 27 was the sight picture was always pointing towards 6" over the target.

Nice pickup. I love the way those look. Does it conceal ok with the standard length grip?
