What constitutes a firearm "clearly 100% built for killing people, and has no other legitimate use?"That's not why I don't have a dedicated home defense gun, but it would be a worthy consideration in a heavily liberal area, especially in a state without "stand your ground" and "castle doctrine" and "immunity for legal self-defense" laws like we have in Georgia.
The problem with having a gun that is clearly 100% built for killing people, and has no other legitimate use, is that key players in the criminal justice system (cops, prosecutors, judges, and jurors) can have an emotional reaction to it; they might see your choice to own and keep handy such a single-purpose people-killing machine as evidence of a depraved mind.
Thus they would think you acted not out of fear, and not out of necessity to stop a crime, but with MALICE-- gleefully shooting because you thought you had a "green light" to finally cap somebody's azz.
