North Georgia reloading issue...

I placed an order with North Georgia Reloading for qty.1000 rounds of 9mm 124 grain over 4 weeks ago. My credit card was billed and has since cleared. I have not received an email confirmation of the order. I have called their office twice and have been told that they moved their prodcution shop to another facility and that I "Should" be ok to receive my order any day.

I have ordered from them in the past. Is it wrong of me to be considering contacting the credit card company an disputing the charge or give them a little more time??? I know the ammo craze that is going on has all loaders working over-time, but the lack of customer service on the issue has me concerned...

Thoughts????
 
I work close to their shop. I was just in there yesterday and went by today, and they were packed. Their website has a popup at the front page that says they have a 2-4 week turnaround. If it's been over 4 weeks, I would call back and ask for a shipping confirmation number.
 
Yeah my buddy is super busy, they are working pretty much everyday of the week at least 10-12 hours a day AND doing gun shows EVERY weekend, just be patient brother,I can assure you they are trying their damnest to get each and every order out the door for all of the customers.
 
If they have charged your card and won't give you an answer on when the stuff is shipping, I'd consider calling the credit card. Shouldn't charge until its shipped imo.
 
Thanks for the advise guys... They have been great in the past... I am just concerned on the inability to get a confirmation number... I will call back Friday and see if i can find out anything....

I am running into this with CDNN right now. Made an order on 1/3, CC charged that same day, I email to get a status and they can only tell me my order was processed on 1/3. You dont say!! I was assured that my package is fulfilled and awaiting shipping, but no call no email no update on my order from their website checker, I had to email them to find out about the delay.

Hope you get your stuff soon. I assume most of this is they are just slammed and haven't brought in any extra help, but if they have the time to charge your card they should have the time to reply to an email or phone call.
