I placed an order with North Georgia Reloading for qty.1000 rounds of 9mm 124 grain over 4 weeks ago. My credit card was billed and has since cleared. I have not received an email confirmation of the order. I have called their office twice and have been told that they moved their prodcution shop to another facility and that I "Should" be ok to receive my order any day.
I have ordered from them in the past. Is it wrong of me to be considering contacting the credit card company an disputing the charge or give them a little more time??? I know the ammo craze that is going on has all loaders working over-time, but the lack of customer service on the issue has me concerned...
