Is anyone else not gettin any notifications or emails ? Someone commented on one of my post and I didn’t even know until I went to look at it. Do I have to do something to receive notifications or is it just a problem right now with everyone ?

Yep, me about a month ago but no help.
Notifications in xenforo can be quirky, that does happen. Specifically for you, I see the alert notification for the post reply in your alerts tab, so you did get on there, and you don't have email notifications turned on for subscribed content.
how do I turn it on ?
Go to settings, then account details and click to allow emails.
I have all of them checked already
You may be having the same problems I am, and Okuma Steve doesn't know why either.
I have to continuously check the site because of this also.
