Obama, Biden statement on gun policy (11:45 a.m. ET)

Agree 100%! People in America don't even know what rights they have. Things won't get any better as long as we have gov't schools indoctrinating kids with dribble and inaccurate "facts".

Where do these "rights" come from, nature or man?

If they come from man they can be taken away or changed. Nature never changes.

Why did we not ban musliums after they murdered 3000 americans in just a few hours? I dont think we should import any more of them, and ban making anymore of them. And just to be on the safe side, we have them all registered, and be turned in to the goverment if needed. There problem solved.

They are 100% Natural as stated in the Constituiton. They are not being taught that way though.

No they are not "natural" laws. The Bill of Rights makes no assertion of natural laws.
It does state that they are there to limit the powers of the government "in good faith"
The only "natural" constants are life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.

They are 100% Natural as stated in the Constituiton. They are not being taught that way though.

Most of the founders were children of the "enlightenment", not orthodox christians like we have been taught. Hence words like creator. They knew all came from nature. Unfortunately most of the sheep today think "rights" come from a piece of paper.

The way I look at it is: if I didn't sign it, WTF does it have to do with me?

I'm a MAN, not a CITIZEN. A citizen is a fictional creation of law.

In other words the Amendments don't stand alone. You can't just pick out amendments and copy text without reading them in the context of the constitution. There is no way to take from the constitution, you can only add to it. I think that maybe we are off topic and I apologize. Lets just agree to disagree, ok.

No that is exactly the topic. You can't quote the Bill of Rights like scripture as the end all, be all of validity of the argument and then say "well it has to do with the Constitution".
Of course it does, the Bill of Rights are just the first 10 amendments. Nothing more, nothing less.
They do not say that we are assured of these rights by nature, by virtue of providence, nor by the Almighty himself, rather, they state these are the things the federal government will ensure, until they are repealed or made otherwise obsolete by legislation.

I agree that you and I disagree.

Channel 2 news just said Biden was going to go after all private sales.
