Praying for you and your family. Its so hard to loose a furbaby. I can't bear the thought of losing my Aussie...she's like another daughter to me. My kids swear I treat her better than them.

I believe this also , I know how much God loves us, and he knows how much we love our pets.
The ones you rescue seem to understand what you did for them, give it back ten fold to you. At the end of the day who really saves who.
Reminds me of the all black German shepherd we had as kids. Loving yet protective. I always thought we both hated fireworks so we would always stay indoors during the 4th when my brothers would light off fireworks. I look back and think he wasn't, he was just there keeping me company and making sure I was ok.

Sorry, Buddy. That's tough. Some of my favorite memories with my kids involve our favorite dogs. Kinda funny, but each dog was a favorite.

Hate to hear that buddy. We had to put down our 14yr old boxer Duke yesterday. It was absolutely awful, gonna take a while to get over that.
